It is important to practice naming and sharing our feelings in a healthy and safe way. Just like we need to be physically fit, we need to be emotionally fit, too. Emotional fitness benefits our bodies and our minds. Learning to recognize and share our feelings improves our relationships with others and help us at home, school, work and on teams.
